Dupï Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Dupï. By booking an appointment or purchasing a product or service from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Nature of Services Dupï offers holistic scalp and skin wellness services inspired by Korean traditions and contemporary skincare science. Our treatments are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions. They are non-medical in nature and should not replace advice or care from a licensed healthcare provider.
2. Eligibility By engaging with Dupï, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Clients under 18 must have written consent from a parent or legal guardian.
3. Client Responsibility Clients must disclose all relevant health conditions, allergies, skin sensitivities, and recent treatments (e.g., Botox, injectables, peels, microneedling, chemical services, etc.) before receiving any service. Dupï is not responsible for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed information.
4. Booking, Cancellations & No-Shows Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
Late cancellations will incur a 50% fee.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
We reserve the right to refuse future bookings in cases of repeat cancellations or no-shows.
5. Right to Refuse Service Dupï reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including if a treatment is deemed unsuitable for the client’s health or safety.
6. Results & Expectations While Dupï treatments are designed to promote visible results and long-term scalp and skin health, outcomes vary by individual. We do not guarantee specific results, as they depend on lifestyle, health conditions, and compliance with aftercare.
7. Payments & Refunds Payment is due at the time of service. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for services rendered or used retail products. If you experience an issue with a treatment or product, please contact us within 24 hours.
8. Retail Products & Recommendations All product recommendations are made with care and based on your intake form. However, each client’s skin and scalp may respond differently. Patch testing is recommended before full use of any new product.
9. Limitation of Liability Dupï and its practitioners shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of services or products. You agree to use our services at your own risk.
10. Indemnification By using Dupï services, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dupï, its owners, and practitioners from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms.
11. Photography & Media Consent We may ask for consent to photograph treatment results for internal documentation or marketing purposes. We will never share images without your written permission.
12. Communication Consent By submitting your information, you agree to receive occasional emails or text messages related to your appointment, skincare recommendations, exclusive offers, or updates. You may opt out at any time.
13. Third-Party Tools Our services may use third-party platforms (e.g., for scheduling or payment). These are provided “as is,” and Dupï is not responsible for their reliability or performance.
14. Amendments to Terms These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of any changes.
15. Severability & Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remainder will remain in full force. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Dupï.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
