Each appointment reserves dedicated time with your specialist. To respect our team and clients waiting for availability, we require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or appointment changes.

Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours, as well as missed appointments, are charged 100% of the scheduled service price. Any deposit already paid is applied toward this total, not charged in addition.

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm and hold your appointment and is credited toward your service. One reschedule is permitted with at least 48 hours’ notice, and your deposit will transfer to the new appointment.
